The Conspiracy Against Cuba

Cuba faces a renewed effort by the United States to depose the government. The Cuban Communist Party has resisted the United States for close to 65 years. The war of aggression directed at Venezuela was not just to procure its oil, but to ensure US dominance in South America. Leftist governments are being targeted in the region. Cuba's fall would be a means of the United States having more direct control over the Caribbean. The US Justice Department is seeking an indictment of former head of state Raul Castro. The charge is related to the shooting of planes in 1996 operated by Brothers to the Rescue. Raul Castro left office in 2021 and appears to have little influence over current Cuban policy. Brothers to the Rescue has been criticized for its activities. The organization claims to wants to help Cubans fleeing Cuba, but focuses on efforts related to infiltration and possible espionage. The Cuban exile group is less of a human rights organization and more of an instrument for regime change. The founder of the group Jose Basulto has been thought to have connections to the CIA. Some Cubans would take rafts and make the dangerous journey to the United States. Brothers to the Rescue claimed they were just saving people, but were also dropping propaganda leaflets. Since the Bay of Pigs invasion, Cuba has been harassed by the United States. Blockades and sanctions are an extension of economic warfare. The pattern of behavior provides evidence of a wider conspiracy that involves Cuban exile organizations, spying, and foreign interference. Cuba has an energy blockade imposed upon it by the US. The result is frequent black outs and a reduced oil supply. Mexico is attempting to substitute what was Venezuela's role as Cuba's energy supplier. The Trump administration continues to threaten Mexico and Colombia for assisting Cuba.

The Start of A US-Israel Iran War

Another round of attacks were made on Iran by the United States and Israel.  The objective appears by this war of aggression is to eliminate a country that opposes US occupation of the Middle East and Israeli expansion. The Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei was assassinated in the air strikes. The US and Israel have murdered a head of state. Now, the motions for another regime change are being put into place. President Donald Trump has called on Iranians to overthrow their government. A ground war will not only destabilize West Asia, but will harm Central Asian countries. Air strikes are not enough to cause collapse of the Islamic Republic. A ground invasion would be required. If such an operation does happen Israel would be doing most of the combat and the US providing support. A Russian and Chinese response to military action could be precarious. Further interference into Iran might be a spark to regional war morphing into mass global conflict. The Gulf monarchies would be caught into the war. Oman would not join a coalition, because it is the only Gulf monarchy that has positive diplomatic relations with Iran. More bombings on civilian targets in Iran make the population resist more. As human rights violations and war crimes increase little thought is given about these actions. Refugees, a humanitarian crisis, and the rise of a more extreme Supreme Leader will be the results. Houthi rebels in Yemen are at some stage going to join a large conflict. Oil and energy are going to increase in price harming consumers. Fuel prices will go up and it might resemble the energy crisis of the 1970s. A war with Iran would be a long conflict.

Richard Cheney Discusses The Gulf War (1994)

Richard Cheney ( 1941-2025) was a prominent neoconservative who served as Vice President under George W. Bush. Cheney was considered the architect of the the 2003 Iraq War.  As Secretary of Defense under George H.W. Bush, his attitude differed in regards to policy. Speaking to C-Span in 1994, Cheney insisted that Removal of Saddam Hussein would have been an error. Syria and Iran would become more powerful. More conflict would emerge for the demand for Kurdish national self-determination. What change Richard Cheney's mind was his connection to Haliburton. Cheney was CEO of the oil service company from 1995 to 2000. The reason he left was to be on the Republican ticket as Vice President. The invasion of Iraq was not only to have more control of West Asia, but to make the region more favorable to US energy corporations. Haliburton benefited financially from the invasion of Iraq. Vice President Cheney promoted aggressive war to ensure profits for oil corporations. His war crimes and links to torture will never br prosecuted. During the 2010s, Cheney was still seen as respectable in political circles. Violence and corruption can no longer be sanitized with Iraq becoming a failed state.

Israel's Attack on Qatar and Expansion of Aggressive War

Israel's strike against Hamas leaders residing in Qatar was a turning point. Gulf monarchies are no longer safe from Israel's military aggression. The Gulf monarchies decided to align with the West and the result was a lapse in security. Now, there is a possibility that Jordan and Egypt will break treaties with Israel, because the public's ire continues to grow. Failure to respond forcefully, could induce mass uprising in Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Israel continues to starve and bomb Gaza, but the resistance continues. The Gulf monarchies do not have the military strength to confront Israel, but there are certain options. The shutting down of US bases, an alliance with Iran, and supporting various armed groups could do much to halt Israeli expansion. Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani expressed his desire to see an independent Palestinian state. Qatar has been known to arm a number of Islamist groups. These armed groups were active in Syria and Libya. Qatar could direct armed groups against Israel if more strikes continue. Violations of national sovereignty and blatant anti-Arab racism are not going to be tolerated. The following months could see immense blowback either from the Gulf monarchies or other non-state actors. Ministers are gathering to discuss punishments that Israel should face. The Doha attack signals the death of the Abraham Accords. The more violent Israel becomes, the more unity is created among Arab states. Diplomatic isolation in West Asia could have major economic consequences. Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Kuwait are not dependent on Israel for trade. The attack on Qatar somewhat parallels the attack on Tunisia in 1985. The PLO's base in the country was attacked and the sovereignty of a country was violated.

Venezuela Threatened

Venezuela since 2002 has been the target of US interference. Now, tensions have risen with US naval forces being detected off the coast. What was deployed to Venezuela were Aegis guided-missile destroyers. Three warships were detected indicating possible military aggression directed at Venezuela. Prior to this provocation, the US government issued a bounty for President Nicolas Maduro. The Trump administration asserts this is an effort to stop drug cartels and that Venezuela contributes to the traffic of  illegal substances. President Donald Trump without evidence claimed President Nicolas Maduro was in control of drug trafficking throughout the region. The true motivation is to obtain Venezuela's vast oil reserves. The official statements from the White House, Department of Defense, and Justice Department was the warships were part of an operation to stop the transport of narcotics. Fighting gangs and drug cartels are a cover to either intervene or possibly occupy Latin American countries. Designating gangs and drug cartels as terrorist organizations provides the justification. The United States of America continues to undermine South America's sovereignty and attack leftist governments. If Venezuela is invaded, it could induce a massive refugee crisis. Colombia, Brazil, and Guyana would be effected. The War on Drugs has become a curtain for an invasion of the entire South American continent. Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia do have challenges related to drug cartel crime. There is no evidence cartels are being directed by Venezuela. President Nicolas Maduro announced that he seeks to mobilize 4.5 milita members to defend the country if military action is taken by the United States.

Israel Attacks Iran

Israel has attacked major Iranian cities. Tehran was hit with airstrikes. Israel's aggression has escalated to the extent of regional war. Iran now is a target of  expansionist regional designs. Israel wants to fight Iran to eliminate competitors in West Asia. The argument was that Israel was attempting to stop Iran's nuclear program. Israel has nuclear weapons, which is more precarious. Israel did an unilateral strike and it further isolates the country. Iran responded with attacks on Tel Aviv. During Israel's attacks government officials were assassinated from the operation. Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei vowed that more retaliation would follow. Israel does not have the capability to fight Hezbollah, the Houthi rebels, and Iran all at once. Israel is active in Syria, Lebanon, Yemen and the occupied territories. The Trump administration favors Israel and has an anti-Iranian position. A regional war between Israel and Iran could expand beyond its borders. Nuclear sites were not only attacked, but ballistic missile factories. If the United States continues its support of Israel, military bases will be attacked. Israel is now under a state of emergency. War with Iran has been Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's goal for decades. The Likud Party's belligerent actions could result in mass global conflict. A regional war maintains the possibility of Israel suffering a major defeat. Unless the US and EU countries come to its assistance. Oil production from the Middle East could be disrupted. A Israel-Iran War might result in an energy crisis.

Dianne Feinstein Claims Iraq A Threat To The US (2014)

Senator Dianne Feinstein (1933-2023) stated that Iraq was still a threat to the United States. She claimed that ISIS could attack the US, but did not provide evidence in a CNN interview. What was ignored is that she voted for the Iraq War and then later said she was lied to by President Bush. Her vote on October 11, 2002 contributed to the destabilization of Iraq. The removal of Saddam Hussein enabled terrorist organizations to enter the country. Then it has been revealed that some of these organizations were being aided by the US, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar to depose Bashar Al-Assad. As long as the US was attacking Syria Senator Feinstein's suggestion of reproachment with Iran was an empty gesture. As Chair of  the Intelligence Committee she had knowledge of US operations in the Middle East. When this was aired in 2014, the Syrian Civil War was being exacerbated as a result of attempts at regime change. ISIS was fighting between the borders of both Iraq and Syria. There is no serious discussion of why people would want to go fight in these countries. US foreign policy has generated much anger among these populations making terrorist organizations appear to be an alternative to US influence in West Asia. Senator Dianne Feinstein claimed there will be plots to kill American citizens. ISIS had not made an attack on the US so far. Inducing fear in the public is another way to justify neo-colonial projects in other countries. The fact Senator Feinstein remained in power so long represents a problem with the American political system. Refusal to change policy or usher in new leadership means more foreign policy failures and internal concerns.
